Meet Olivia, our passionate force behind Wild n Well!
With a firey Italian Australian background and now living in the heart of London, Olivia brings over 9 years of counseling experience. From her beginnings as a personal trainer in Melbourne, she's worked with countless women throughout the years understanding their strengths and challenges with body image, weight loss, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating.

Olivia's counseling style is a unique blend of warmth and dynamic energy. Rooted in compassion and solution-focused therapy, she weaves in modern coaching techniques like EFT, CBT & CBT-E, complemented by her nationally recognized counseling qualifications. When she's not in session, you'll catch her training her loved golden retriever, exploring the greenery of London's parks, cooking large meals, facetiming with family back home, chasing down the perfect latte, or cycling along the canals.

Olivia’s mission is to nurture a community away from the pitfalls of diet culture which embraces body diversity, HAES, food freedom, and self-acceptance.
